Returns Policy

At Vapelala, we will make sure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there be an issue with the item(s) received, you may return the product(s) purchased via our Site for Exchange(s) or Refund(s) within fourteen (14) days from your received date on further condition that your feedback and/ or complaint to us must be sent to us through WhatsApp channels within the same fourteen (14) days from your received date.

Warranty are only available for certain item, so please check carefully at product description part or warrant information.

Important Note: Any and all shipping costs for any and all products and items ordered through our Site and returned to us for exchange(s) or refund(s) are to be borne by the user(s), customer(s) and/ or purchaser(s) and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange and/ or refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer and/ or purchaser is abusing our return, exchange and/ or refund policy.

Shipping

Order will shipped within 7 days. (Weekends and Public Holidays are not included.)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will also received an email for the tracking number and shipping company details after your product been shipped

Please also note that shipping charges for West Malaysia are RM6.5 flat rate and for East Malaysia are RM17 flat rate
